Return & Refund Policy
At ZentroDM, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best Instagram DM automation experience. Below are the terms for refunds and cancellations across our plans.
1. Free Plan
The Free plan does not require payment and can be cancelled or discontinued at any time without any obligation. Users on the Free plan can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
2. Starter Plan — Monthly
- You may cancel your Starter Plan subscription before 3 days of the next payment date.
- Refund Policy: No refunds are provided for the current billing cycle. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.
- Your access to Starter features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Pro Plan — Monthly or Annual
- You may cancel your Pro Plan subscription at any time from your dashboard.
- Refund Policy: No refunds are provided for the current billing cycle. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew.
- Annual Pro subscribers may request a pro-rated refund within 7 days of their initial purchase if the service did not meet expectations. Contact us at support@zentrodm.com within the window to apply.
- Your access to Pro features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
4. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription directly from your ZentroDM dashboard under Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. Alternatively, reach out to our support team:

Once cancelled, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.
5. Abuse of Refund Policy
We reserve the right to deny refunds to users who repeatedly subscribe and cancel to abuse the policy. Such accounts may be subject to suspension or permanent termination.
6. Payment Disputes
All payments are processed via Razorpay. If you believe an incorrect charge has been made, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your payment reference number and we will investigate promptly.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and significant updates will be communicated via email.
